Policies
Back Orders
You will be notified if an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock. To
avoid additional shipping costs associated with back orders, please reorder out
of stock items at a later date. We do not automatically create back orders
unless you clearly instruct us to do so. If we do process a back order
additional shipping charges will be incurred.
Returns
All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will
not be accepted without prior authorized approval and a return authorization
number. Please allow up to ten business days for processing a return for credit.
The credit will not apply to shipping charges. Absolutely no returns after sixty
days. Discontinued merchandise cannot be returned.
Shipping
In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are
shipped F.O.B. Kinzers, PA via UPS ground. UPS next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day
select and Saturday delivery are available. Please specify store or home
delivery when placing your order. All orders will incur a shipping and handling
charge. For all custom orders including business cards, rubber stamps, checks,
printed items, etc., please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Allow several
days for engraved name badges.
Sales Tax
A 6% PA Sales Tax is charged to applicable merchandise that is picked up at our
facility or shipped to any Pennsylvania location.
Terms
Terms are net 30 Days unless stated otherwise on invoice. All past due invoices
will incur a service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum), $2.50 minimum
charge. Accounts not kept current will be put on C.O.D.
Minimum Order Policy
Minimum order $25.00. A $5.00 handling fee will be assessed on all orders under
$25.00.
